I have been making collages since I can remember. There is nothing so satisfying as moving around bits of paper and seeing them - click! - into the perfect place for me. Lately I have been using monoprints (also called monotypes, unique one-of-a-kind hand-printed images) as the backgrounds for my collages. Doing the monoprints is inspired play, and later adding the collage elements is just more fun! Many of my collages have handwritten sayings or quotes enhancing them.

In anticipation of the THREE FOOT SQUARE exhibit at the Center for Spiritual Living Morristown which I shared with Penny Wise, I created five new mixed media pieces, this time on large-format canvases.
