I have been making collages since I can remember. There is nothing so satisfying as moving around bits of paper and seeing them - click! - into the perfect place for me. Lately I have been using monoprints (also called monotypes, unique one-of-a-kind hand-printed images) as the backgrounds for my collages. Doing the monoprints is inspired play, and later adding the collage elements is just more fun! Many of my collages have handwritten sayings or quotes enhancing them.

I don't have as many good photographs of my mixed media pieces as I do of my other work, and I am always creating new ones. Contact the artist if you are interested in knowing more.
